I'm Brandy, creator of The Slow Burn Garnishery. A lifelong creative, I started teaching myself to cook in my late 20s, which blossomed into a love of the kitchen, cocktails, and putting a little magic into the every day.

The Slow Burn isn't just about garnishes--it's about the art of patience. Each slice is carefully crafted to reveal flavor gradually, mimicking the way a perfect cocktail unfolds on the palate. Currently, our garnishes are only available for in person delivery. Due to Michigan state cottage food laws, we are unable to ship.

In her spare time, Brandy is a wife and mama to a wild little one year old, three pitbulls, one cat, works in technology, and designs shirts and mugs in her Etsy shop!
